Customer journey strategy and asset design for Jordan's new Makers' Lab in their Paris store.
Jordan wanted to offer their Parisian fanbase an on-brand, personalised experience they would forever remember and cherish. We developed the customer journey around a bespoke system of cards that would be stamped and filled in at different steps along the journey. Details on the cards were printed with a beautiful digital embossing technique.
The whole process was aided with the design of the 'Atelier Handbook', a customer facing guide which engaged and educated the customers in the techniques used within the studio.
