Serving ritual design for Chivas Regal 18, for use in premium cocktail bars.

Chivas Regal describe their whisky Chivas 18 as a celebration of complexity. The brief was to focus on the unique selling point of the whisky; it has 85 identifiable flavours in every drop. I worked with the team to create a multi-sensory and intricate serving ritual to complement the complexity of the drink. 

The primary serve was a set of three bitters, each of different origin and flavour, for the customer to choose from and add. The secondary serve was a range of whiskey cocktails using pipettes filled with flavour infusions.
